He took the time to explain everything to me, answered all of my questions with great detail, and allowed me to observe while he worked. He then explained what we can do moving forward to keep our main line from backing up and said Rotor-matic would happily come once a year for routine maintenance.

Super nice employee thoroughly examined all basement plumbing for blockages as washing machine and kitchen sink drains were backing up. Found the clog, cleaned it out and was on his way. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, was polite and efficient. Cleaned up and put everything back in place. We will definitely call them next time we have a similar problem.

My main sewer line was clogged. Initially used another plumber to do a clean out. Long story short they said I needed a new main line at a cost of around 15k. Rotomatic was referred to me by a friend. Charlie came out within 2 hours of contact. He worked hard to clean the line and let me know a new mainline was not needed. I can’t say enough great things about them. Our sewer was clogged and backed up into our basement. It was a holiday weekend and they came out quickly.
